After years working in operations and recruitment in-house roles for start-ups, SME’s and multi-national organisations I became fed up with traditional recruitment and temp agencies and the way they work. Daily I would be bombarded with emails from agencies offering me ‘the perfect candidate’ despite knowing little to nothing about the organisation, or temp desks offering me an exceptional administrator who would leave for a full-time position after 3 weeks.
I desperately wanted to find an administration and recruitment team that I could rely on, who understood commercial business, and who understood how a key person in the right role might impact the business in years to come. Not finding a current solution that satisfied my needs I formed Lilley’s List, an innovative approach to administration and recruitment to support SME’s to make the best decisions to support their growth and culture.
